About our return policies
Right of Withdrawal
For most products, the law gives you the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. For more information about your right to cancel within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, please see section 2 of our Terms of Use and Sale. ITB Return Policy
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. For this reason, new products must be returned as new, unused and with all components intact.
The same exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to our return policy. The following products cannot be returned (except for defective products):
- products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, specifically including Amazon Handmade products;
How to Avoid Returns Being Rejected
Make sure to include the correct and complete product to be returned. The correct product must be returned to receive a refund.
If you have sent an incorrect product to ITB, please contact info@intrabusinesss.com as soon as possible, as ITB is not obliged to keep returns that have been sent in error. ITB cannot guarantee that the product will be found and can be returned. Additionally, no compensation is provided for products incorrectly sent to ITB.
Note: For product refunds, these are typically issued within 14 days and a confirmation email is sent. You will see the refund on your bank statement within a maximum of seven business days from the date the refund is issued. In certain circumstances, the refund process may take longer.
Damaged or Defective Products
Defective Product
You can file a claim for a defective product for three years from the date of receipt of the product for products delivered after January 2022 or for two years for products delivered before January 2022. There are several options depending on the date of the claim and the type of product.
Note: If the product is defective, first check the product documentation (such as the user guide) for troubleshooting suggestions or to contact the manufacturer. According to the manufacturer's warranty, they usually offer the option of repairing the product or replacing individual parts of it.
If you cannot resolve the issue with the product documentation, you can file a claim through ITB within three years of receiving the product for products delivered after January 2022 or within two years for products delivered before January 2022, as described below:
30 days from the date of receipt of delivery
You can return a defective product within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting info@intrabusinesss.com
Between 30 days and two or three years from the date of receipt of delivery
It is possible for ITB technical support to help you resolve issues with your product. If you discover defects in your products after the 14-day return period, ITB will provide certified repair service for eligible defective products. The repair will be carried out by the manufacturer or an external service provider authorized by the manufacturer. If we cannot repair the product, we will send you a replacement or similar agreed item, or if the replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price. ITB will not accept returns after 30 days for consumable products (e.g., batteries, fuses, ink, light bulbs, etc.) or if the defect is due to accidental or intentional damage, damage caused by external factors, or general wear and tear.
For products that cannot be repaired, it is limited to claims received within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Contact info@intrabusinesss.com so we can help you exercise your warranty rights.
Defective Product: Two or three years from the date of receipt of delivery
The mandatory warranty period is three years from the date of receipt of the product for products delivered after January 2022 and two years from the date of receipt of the product for products delivered before January 2022. For this reason, we do not accept returns once these periods have elapsed.
Note: If ITB sends you a replacement product for a damaged or defective product, you must return the original product within 30 days from the date we confirm the replacement order. If you do not return the original product within 30 days, ITB reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement product using the same payment method you used to place the order.
Product Damaged During Shipping
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transport, please contact ITB immediately at info@intrabusinesss.com. Include photos of the damage and return it within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order. For more information about returns, contact info@intrabusinesss.com.
Return Shipping Cost
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact ITB for more information.
Handmade and Customized Products
Customized products are any product that has been altered, personalized, or inscribed with marks made, for example, by engraving, stamping, monogramming, embroidering, carving, or embossing the product. Customized products cannot be returned, but they can be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products arrive damaged or defective, or are substantially different from what was ordered. If there is a spelling error, modification, labeling, or design issue due to an ITB error, you will be covered.
